Whistleblowing
As a company dedicated to the protection of its employees and in compliance with whistleblowing regulations, ab medica has set up a specific channel for reporting irregularities or unlawful behaviour.
The “whistleblowing” platform can be used to report any irregularities or unlawful behaviour, whether committed or omitted, that may constitute a suspected or actual violation or attempted violation of the legislative provisions established by Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001 (where applicable), of the principles enshrined in the Code of Ethics and in the Organisation and Management Models set forth in Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/01 by ab medica Group companies that have adopted them, of the Group’s procedures, policies and regulations in general and. in particular, of the Group’s anti-corruption policy, which could result in fraud or even potential harm to colleagues, shareholders and stakeholders in general or which constitute acts of a harmful or unlawful nature regarding the interests and reputation of the company itself. Reports may also concern suspected or attempted cases of “mobbing”, sexual harassment, violations of privacy legislation and actual, potential or apparent conflicts of interest that have not been duly disclosed by the parties involved and which may have negative repercussions on the impartiality and good performance of the company.
ab medica has launched this platform to guarantee the confidentiality the reporter’s identity and potentially even their anonymity throughout the report management process.
