ClariVein
Percutaneous mechanochemical ablation system (MOCA) for the treatment of great and small saphenous veins, indicated for venous reflux and varicose veins.
The system combines the mechanical action of a rotating tip with controlled infusion of a sclerosant agent, allowing vessel occlusion without the use of thermal energy and without the need for tumescent anesthesia. It consists of a single-use battery-powered handle and a flexible, centimeter-marked catheter with an angled tip to facilitate advancement even in tortuous anatomies.
The procedure is minimally invasive, well tolerated by patients, and suitable for outpatient or day surgery settings, with rapid post-treatment recovery.
